How do I get started with a tutor?

Our team will chat with you to understand your needs and then carefully match you with one of our tutors (who we call coaches) and then we’ll provide an initial lesson for you to get an inside experience of our service.
We’ll then get in touch for feedback (we’re really big on getting feedback) to ensure you are comfortable with your tutor and happy with the service. We then invoice you for your first lessons and 3 lessons prepaid in advance which you can use whenever you need!
How do you assign a tutor for me?
Our team will chat with you to understand your needs and then based on this discussion identify who in our team in your local area best suits what you’re looking for.
We’ll then provide you information and profiles of our relevant team members for you to then select who you feel is the best match for you.
If need be can I change tutors?
We work hard to ensure that we’ve matched you with a great tutor from our team. In saying this we understand that sometimes things may not work out (due to a difference in styles and personality for example) and you may want to change tutors.
If this happens simply give us a call and we’ll work with you to identify who else in our team will be a better fit for your needs. We’re committed to making sure you’ve got the right person to help you achieve your goals!

How does payment and billing work?
We’ve simplified things with pre-paid lesson credits!
We provide you with an easy to use online customer account where you can view all your lesson history, lesson notes from your tutor and your transaction history and account balance.
Had some lessons and your lesson credit balance is low? We let you know with a friendly email reminder and you can login and top up your credit balance.
This way you’ve got transparency and complete control over your lessons!
Can I cancel at any time?
We’ll work hard to ensure that you have a great experience – but in the case that you need to cancel you can do this at any time!
We have no lock in contracts so you can get started with the confidence that if things aren’t the right fit for you and your child you’re not stuck!
If you’ve got any lesson credits remaining in your balance we will refund them to you as well – this way you’ll never pay for a lesson you haven’t had!
